90 Year Old Woman Left Dead on the Toilet

The remains of 90-year Magdeline Alvina Middlesworth from Wisconsin was found by police during a search of her house. After a call from Middlesworth's sister, Sheriff Brent Oleson went to the home of the elderly woman to check in on her. At first, the roommate of Middlesworth, 35-year-old Tammy Lewis, claimed that the old woman was on vacation. However, Oleson eventually made his way into the house where he found the body of Middlesworth decaying on the toilet.

Apparently, Middlesworth's body had been there for over two months while Lewis burned candles and incense to mask the smell. Lewis and her two children continued to live in the house and simply avoided the bathroom with the rotting body. Lewis later stated that God had told her that if she prayed hard enough, Middlesworth would comeback to life. Currently, Lewis is charged with two felony counts of causing metal harm to a child.

Not only is this woman a lunatic, but she takes laziness to a new level as well. How hard is it to pick up a phone and call an ambulance? It would be so much easier to have some else remove the body instead of waiting for it to decompose. Plus, the smell must have been terrible. And would want to use a toilet after knowing that a rotting body had been in that same exact spot? If I was Middlesworth's spirit, I would be pissed and probably end up haunting Lewis and her entire family until the day they died.
